What I missed from Paolini yesterday were the classics - the very childish Italian tales, just like playing with children. Now we're trying again with the former Roland Garros champion from Latvia, whose serves are significantly better than the Italians' and she knows how to hit better too. She has already defeated some solid players like Swiatek, Navarro, and Aleksandrova. Sabalenka is also fresh, she hasn't faced much resistance yet and played very consistently. But I somehow think that she will face a tough fight on the clay court this time.
