The teams have already played two matches in Dallas and shared one win each. However, representatives from Colorado were able to take the lead in the series with a score of 2-0. At first, they had no chance against the home team in the first match (5-1), but then they managed to win twice in two overtime games against the "Stars".

Having a very unsuccessful finish to the season, the Dallas players, in my opinion, are not in the right shape at the moment. Simply losing twice at home would have meant a critical situation, so the team managed to mobilize and equalize the series. However, now the "Avalanche" will be more determined to fight - home games require it. And the away team, when the game starts to slip away, can simply give it up, as they will have another chance in the same arena in two days.
