Nishikori's health is very unclear, he recently withdrew from the Miami Open and a few weeks ago he had difficulty moving and felt pain in Houston, so he withdrew after the first set. Vukicius has lost 9 matches in a row, but in 7 of those matches he managed to win at least one set and had chances to win in Peru, but fell short. Against the injured Nishikori, Vukicius has realistic chances to win in Peru and at least one set.
