2025/04/27 07:58 (1 seto winner Bublik) @225 7/10

Rublev has been playing poor tennis lately and defended himself by saying he doesn't have chances to win the Madrid tournament. Although Bublik's game is weakest on clay, Madrid is actually his best tournament due to its specific court characteristics and speed. Bublik is a dangerous player for Ghana, especially for players who struggle early on, and Rublev seems to need some time to get into his rhythm. The odds for Bublik to win the first set are around 2.8-2.9, which offers even more value.

    (Sets -1.5 Grigor Dimitrov) @100 8/10
Dimitrov is a very excellent and good tennis player, and the court is a suitable surface for him. The years are taking their toll, but Bulgaria's performance is still very good and stable. Out of 4 matches on clay this season, he has only lost 2-0 twice, against favorable opponents, while his form is improving on clay and he confidently defeated Jarry. This gives hope for a calm match against the Bulgarian. The young English player looks decent, but I believe it will be too difficult for him to maintain a good game against such a strong opponent for a long time.

    (Cameron Norrie) @-125 8/10
Diallo is a tall and good hard court player, but clay is the toughest option for him. Norrie has proven his tennis skills and even his ability on clay by defeating Alcaraz in the past, and we all know that when the Brit is in good form, he is difficult to stop. Canada Spain had to play against far from the weakest opponents, and I believe the Brit needs to sort himself out.

    (Fearnley, Jacob) @210 7/10
Although Dimitrov has support from various figures in Madrid, his game does not shine. His first match was against Jarry after a break due to injury against Demon and even though he won 2-0, he looked disappointing. Jarry is already struggling to stay in the top 100 and simply lost the match with his reckless aggressiveness and many mistakes. Dimitrov did not show much. Fearnley, on the other hand, looks good, establishing himself as a young player in the ATP circuit and currently at his peak. In this season, he sits at 8-2 on clay and has a good game. In the previous round, he defeated Machac. His results on hard courts are also good, and since the clay in Madrid is similar to a hard court, I believe and think he can beat the struggling Bulgarian.

    Cori Gauff - Belinda Bencic

    Cori Gauff (gamess -3) @-135 8/10
Belinda Bencic - a great season for her, but her recent match with Haddad was concerning as her play was too heavy. She has been struggling this season. Bencic is not as strong on clay due to her slower movement and lack of orientation at the net. From what I have seen, Cori Gauff has great movement and her results on clay in larger tournaments are much better than those of the American. Plus, she will want to take revenge for her last failure at the Indian Wells tournament this season.
