The foundation of Madrid is Draper's bread, that is clear, but Musetti gave him a serious challenge, he had his chances, but he didn't use them. Ruud doesn't seem much worse here than Musetti and if he plays his game, he could have a chance. Cerundolo showed his unreliable game, but still managed to defend 15 out of 18 break points and win 2-0, which is impressive. Ruud is often criticized for being a fluid player, but especially lately he is not like that and he seems psychologically strong, so even when he is behind or loses consecutive points, he still manages to come back. I think this should be a serious final, it's hard to say if Ruud can win, but he can definitely defend his chances. Especially since Draper's stamina level isn't high.
