In the first two matches, the Slovaks were unable to score a single goal against the Swedes, while the Slovenes lost 0:4 to Canada. Looking at the friendly matches between teams before the world championship, there is not much optimism today. Especially considering that just two years ago, Slovakia was able to defeat the Canadians with a close score of only 1:0. Interestingly, even the Canadian team only scored four goals against the Slovaks yesterday, knowing that they would play again the next day and the match would be much more important.
