Zsombor Piros is having a very good season on clay courts, maybe even better than expected, with a record of 19 wins and 4 losses so far in April. He managed to defeat Coric in the middle of April. Piros has easily defeated all his opponents in this tournament, who are considered to be rather weak. Titouan Droguet, on the other hand, is struggling with frequent injuries this season, especially in the final stages of tournaments. Yesterday, against Rodesch, a French opponent, he gave him 14 opportunities to break his serve, but luckily he managed to save 10 of them. This season is the first time Droguet has made it to the final, usually falling in the qualifying rounds or in the first stages, while Piros is dominating at a lower level, having recently won a final and also reaching multiple quarter-finals and semi-finals.
