Fenerbahce has been demonstrating a superior game in the Euroleague recently. In the quarterfinal series against Paris, they handled their opponent confidently, while PAO had a tough time against Efes. I think some teams are just hungrier than others. Šaras has been reaching the final 4 for so many years, but still doesn't have a title. PAO wanted to prove that their newly assembled team can rise to the top. They did just that, but now defending the title is much harder and the motivation is not as high.
