The Maurice Revello (Toulon) Youth Tournament. Mali is hosting an incredible selection of teams (at least in attack), who won bronze at the U17 World Cup a couple of years ago. They played great attacking football there, but lacked concentration in defense to go all the way. I think here too their attacking will be their key, as most of the talent comes from top clubs/academies, where they play an important role. Panama has also been investing heavily in youth in recent years, trying to play attractive football, so I believe there should be plenty of goals here as well.
