After the final 4, there was chaos in Monaco, so I don't believe they will return to normal gameplay. Delays in salaries, fights in restaurants, and overall bad atmosphere don't make things any better. So all in all, we should stick with Asvel, who have been out of Euroleague for a long time, have made peace with their fate, and want to win the local championship. They have a lot of quality, so I am looking forward to a confidently won series.
