Both teams are having problems with their defense. The Norwegians have had their Achilles' heel in recent years, where their offense seems to excel but their defense always manages to let them down and the national team ends up without a spot in the final stage of the tournament. Maybe things will change someday, but for now there are no signs of that happening. The team's defense was shaky in their last match against Israel and it was only their offense that saved them. I think they will need that same offensive support again against the Italians. The Italians themselves are no longer a defensive powerhouse, with many poor performances in recent times and additional problems with injuries or withdrawals. It will be difficult to handle Haaland, Odegaard, and company. Although this match is crucial in the fight for first place in the group, I believe it will come down to the offense, and mistakes in defense will be the deciding factor.
