Frenchman is a very good tennis player on grass as he showed 2 seasons ago in this particular tournament where he defeated Medvedev, and in general, he has won two out of three matches played in this tournament. On grass, this is a great advantage and although the Frenchman may not excel in serving, he can still be a tough opponent on grass. For top tennis players, the start of a new tournament is always challenging. Medvedev struggles with emotions and grass court is not his strong suit, so I believe the Frenchman will be able to defend himself successfully.
