Paris Saint-Germain - Atletico Madrid

Simple bet, PSG finished the season in cosmic form, their offense working on 5th gear, just a couple of weeks before defeating Inter in the 5th Champions League final. Meanwhile, Atletico's season end was disappointing, their defensive game drastically falling off in the second half of the season. It's not the team we're used to seeing under Simeone, but in the attack they have the options of Griezmann, Sorloth, and Alvarez. I see PSG winning this at least 2-1.

    (Over 1.5 River Plate) @-124 10/10
River Plate is simply a better team, with a lot of talent, in good form, especially in terms of offense in the last month, led by the young super talent Mastantuono, who will be leaving for Real after the tournament. The team had a difficult start to the year, but recently they have been playing very well, scoring a lot of goals and all of their main offensive players are in good form. It will be difficult for Urawa, the legendary Japanese club, to stop them. Urawa has had a tough few years, and their triumph in the 2022 ACL ACL, which gave them a spot in this tournament, seems like a distant past now. Since then, they have faced more disappointments than positive moments. Peru is currently struggling in the 13th league. This year their season is better, but their game doesn't give off an optimistic vibe. The team doesn't have strong foreign players or standout locals, and they are more of a typical home team, who plays much better in front of their passionate home fans than away. I think this will also be a factor. Plus, River Plate will definitely have a lot of support from the stands, with many fans traveling from Argentina and the local diaspora also contributing. To sum it up, I believe River Plate should win against Peru, they need to in order to advance to the playoffs, but considering their slightly weak defense, an individual total seems like a good compromise option. I hope to see at least a couple of goals from them.
