The morning brought enough profits for Rytas in the finals, so they can continue to confidently place their bets. I don't see any impressive chances for Žalgiris, although you can never count them out because on paper they may be stronger, but it's only on paper. Rytas is fiery eyed, full of self-confidence, not jumping ahead, quietly working from one Peru to another, while the words of the Žalgiris coach about a hundred percent return to Kaunas do not fully convince me. They are trying to awaken their inner spirit, but it hasn't worked yet, and now the arena will be unlike anything we've seen before. Tickets are practically sold out before the third game even ended, and I believe we will see something we've never seen before in terms of atmosphere. Rytas has been suffocating Žalgiris from the first minutes, their excellent rotations allow them to cover Žalgiris however they want. The key thing is that Rytas theoretically could have ended the series 3-0, but they didn't, and now there will be some pressure for Vilnius as the title is within reach, but once again Rytas starts the series as underdogs and with that label, they feel like fish in water, and I also see some reserves, as Radze has not played well in finals for some time now. Another factor to consider is that 3PTs are likely to drop more, even though this team is not known for being good at them, but in ten games the chances are higher than usual.
All in all, summing up the situation, Rytas looks good today, the players trust each other, their eyes are fiery and I can't imagine what could happen to Žalgiris for the game to suddenly change. The solo plays from Sisco and Barzdis are not a problem for Rytas, as they know how to defend Sisco's weak hand and Barzdis struggles to attack closer to the basket, as Rytas defends him well and Barzdis struggles from awkward situations. So, I'm taking the handicap and hoping for another Vilnius triumph.
