A great coefficient does not guarantee victory. Ulm Sansas finished the season at home and raised the German League trophy. This season, Ulm is dominating at home with a 21-1 record (6-0 in the playoffs), and has not lost a single game on their home court since 2025, including a +15 victory against Bayern in the Finals. In this series, Bayern is playing without Edwards and most likely he will not return since there is no information suggesting otherwise. Except for their Euroleague status, I do not see why Bayern is considered the favorite here.
