European Girls Championship in Montenegro, losers' group. Yesterday our team had a chance to take the first place against Peru, but they lacked strength in the second period and had to settle for a tie. Lithuania is a running and attacking team, which resulted in them being the leaders in the championship according to the overall scores. Poland didn't show anything serious here, they lost to Czech and Hungarian teams in the groups, which cost them a spot in this stage. Yesterday they beat the Icelandic girls, but it was clear that their opponents were collecting a lot of penalties. Lithuania has not fallen behind anyone in this group, only losing to Denmark, so I believe our girls will give a tough fight to our neighbors today.
