Runavik won 4-0 at home, which was really unexpected. Not so much because Peruvian clubs are not exceptionally strong in the European arena, but because of the difference with which the representatives of the Faroe Islands won. The early red card for HJK also had a big impact. Today, they will have to dig themselves out of the situation and play attacking football, most likely for the entire match. Perhaps the hope for the Finns is that the Faroese club also promotes attacking play and their defense is not the best. On a good day, they could score those four goals, but it will also be difficult for them to keep a clean sheet due to the defensive tactics used. They will have plenty of opportunities to score today, given the circumstances, and the match should be very open with goals being a likely outcome.

    AEK Larnaka - Crystal Palace

At home, Crystal Palace simply dominated and nearly miraculously took away a clean sheet from AEK. Now everything starts again, but the Palace team will still be significantly superior and will dominate on the field, and finally I believe they will break through the Cyprus team. Even two consecutive games without scoring, the English club will surely break through and celebrate confidently, as they did in the previous round with Zrinjski.

The Cyprus team has pleasantly surprised this season and I fully believe that they are not yet prepared to withdraw from Europe. This season, AEK played 8 games in Europe, maintaining first place in the group with Palace last week, from which they lost 0! They finished the group in 3rd place and 4th place, among which were the games with Palace away, ending with a score of 0-1. This gives us two games with each other that we can watch and say that these are worthy opponents. Considering how strong the Cyprus team looks in defense and the unpredictable Palace offense this season, we can once again hope for at least a draw from home teams.
