I don't see the Spurs as underdogs here, both teams are 3-0 but the summer league convinces me the Spurs are better, without Harper but they have a very solid replacement in Jones Garcia who has been demonstrating fantastic gameplay and is even better than Harper, I would say. The Spurs defeated the Sixers by 41 points in a game without Harper, when they played in Vegas. Dallas' offense was shut down, even though Flagg played but it was more difficult against the Utah Jazz, who were even more impressive. The Hornets' 3-0 record is not convincing to me, they did well against Utah but struggled against the Sixers. Dallas managed to win without Flagg so it's not that impressive. The Spurs defense has been very solid in this summer league, I think they will rely on that and take the win.
