Sv. 4 wins in a row? Make it 5! So far, Panevėžys' form doesn't convince me, although they play at home, but the fact that they haven't won against Šiauliai in a long time doesn't convince me. And Šiauliai is in a really good form, maybe a loss here and there isn't pretty, but I think they are still better than Panevėžys.
