Bayern is a significantly better team and with the addition of Diaz from Liverpool, their already strong front line with Kane, Gnabry, and Sane will be further strengthened. The question of scoring goals is not an issue for them, but on defense they always provide opportunities for their opponents. Lyon is no longer the same team that it was before, as they have been relegated to the second division in France and have sold many players. However, they still have the right to play in the Europa League and have enough to test Bayern's defense. The home team will still be the favorite.
