Although Navi doesn't look too bad with the new player makazze, I think it's a bit early to praise them. Astralis still lacks stability, but with Hooxi there is at least some improvement in the team. Their ceiling is higher, so in an online match they might give a fight to the Navi team, maybe even accidentally winning.
