For the houses, it's the first preparation for the new season, last season the team was one of the most productive and over-performing teams. The team always demonstrated an attacking style and since the coach remains the same, it's likely they will do the same this year. The team has undergone many changes during the season, with over half of the teams changing, which can trip them up, but the team has been supplemented with many experienced forwards from the SHL. Meanwhile, "Vasteras" hasn't changed much, they only changed goalkeepers in the summer, refreshed their lineup, and will try to fight again for a spot in the playoffs this season. They played two matches for preparation against SHL clubs, with results of 0-2 and 2-4.
