Tseng, who makes many mistakes and has a weak serve, is a groundworker and usually struggles on a hard court. Although he represents Taipei and is improving, he doesn't have much of a chance against Bergs. The Belgian is still a good player, even though he's out of form, as his strong serves and ability to play well allow us to expect only from him.
