Day 3 of Eurobasket. Germans against Swedes. We're going with a Sweden over.
Germans don't seem like a very defensive team. They score a lot, but also let in quite a bit. In friendly matches, almost everyone would score a lot. In the first round, they played slower teams like Montenegro and still scored a high over. Plus, if they win by a big margin, they'll feel relaxed as always.
Sweden surprised me a bit in their first match, but they looked really good. They have a number of average players from the ACB league and their star - Larsson. He had a bad first match against Finland where Sweden scored 90 points and almost won. Today, I expect a bigger contribution from their leader, which is why the total seems easily achievable for Sweden. Overall, Swedish basketball is based on fast play and 3 pointers, so the total seems modest.
I'm not expecting any sensational results here, but in a high-scoring match, Sweden can easily score 75 points next to the Germans' 100+. Good luck 😁
