I do not think it is wise to put a coefficient here. Portugal is not inferior in terms of composition to Estonia, as they have Quetta who will dominate under the basket, while the Estonians do not have much balance. Williams can still be considered a reserve, as his shooting has been weak so far, but if he improves even a little, it would be a serious boost. I believe the chances are equal for both teams, as Peru opens up a period for both teams to advance to the playoffs, so a higher coefficient is suitable.
