Marino Rebecca - Trevisan Martina

2025/09/09 04:51 Marino Rebecca (gamess -3) @-111 8/10

Currently, Trevisan does not inspire much confidence, but in Italy she was not a bad player even on hard courts. She is 1.6m tall, does not have a strong serve, and last year she suffered an injury. This year, she only started playing in July and out of 8 matches, she only won 3. On hard courts, she only won 1 out of 4 matches. Her second serve is hopeless and she makes a lot of errors.
On the other hand, Rebecca Marino is a pure hard court player, she has great power and her first serve is much better, she even hits aces. However, she can be lazy at times and often takes risks with her second serve, resulting in double faults. Nevertheless, in recent months, she has shown signs of improvement, reaching the quarter-finals at the US Open and defeating decent opponents like Tararudee L., Hontama, and Salkova.
Plus, Marino will also have motivation due to the H2H record, losing 1-2 in the last set tiebreak at home.

    Cristian Jaqueline - Boulter Katie

Boulter Katie doesn't really like this surface and the clay court isn't compatible, too many unstable players and the bounces on clay aren't always what you want, and she's always ready to play on it. On the other side, Romania's Cristian Jaqueline played against Rakotomanga Rajaonah T. from Peru yesterday and in the end, it seemed like Ghana had an advantage and was fighting. I thought it might carry over to today's match, but either way, Romania and the clay surface agree much better than the surface and clay.
