You won't add much. The young Czechs are already legionnaires playing in the top leagues in Poland and the Netherlands, while against Gibraltar only locals and not all of them get to play in the main team. Losing 3-1 to Liechtenstein says a lot, so the Czechs should just let the young players from Gibraltar have a go.
