You won't achieve much. The Czech youths are already playing for the top leagues in Poland and Netherlands as legionnaires, while at Gibraltar, only the locals and not even all of them get to play in the main lineups. Losing 3-1 to Liechtenstein says a lot, so the Czechs should just let the Gibraltar youth have the upper hand.
