The beginning of the Marseille season is not very exciting, with only 3 points out of 9, but in the only home game they lit up the scoreboard with a goal fiesta against Paris, winning 5-2. The fact remains that Marseille has one of the strongest offenses in Ligue 1, but two difficult away games against Rennes and Lyon resulted in losses. However, I believe that at home they can ignite the goal fire against one of the top contenders. Lorient may also contribute to this, as Marseille is not particularly known for their strong defense, having had 3 matches without a clean sheet. I think Marseille will score 3-4 goals, while Lorient will also add to the goal tally.
