Two different season starts meet, Atl Madrid's first 3 games ended with 1 loss and 2 draws, while Villarreal's first 3 games ended with 2 wins and 1 draw. Simeoni's team has already shown that their defense is not as strong as it used to be and the further into the season, the more they tend to lean towards over games. Villarreal has a strong team and are waiting for UEFA CL, but at the same time they will cause problems in the league, and knowing how Atl Madrid plays, I think it's a perfect time to play against them. Of course, Atl may be highly motivated to start the season, but it's hard to imagine how they can withstand Villarreal without conceding a goal.
