Eurobasket final. Turkey vs. Germany. We are moving with the Turks. The Turks look impressive. They haven't lost a single game in this championship and their opponents were definitely stronger than the Germans. They managed to defeat the Serbians in our group and effortlessly sailed through the semifinals against the Greeks. Sengun looks amazing, the way he controls his body and creates opportunities for his teammates is wow. And speaking of Peru, the Turks didn't even need a good performance from Sengun, which I hope will be the case today.
The Germans had an easier period and definitely struggled. They fought for three periods against Portugal and had a difficult game against Slovenia, and the same Finnish team caused problems for them. It seemed like they were pulling ahead and then let them come back. On top of that, I think they are expected to win the gold, so the pressure will be on them in the final. But for the Turks, this is a historical chance, and no one is expecting anything less than a gold medal from them in this championship.
