Hello.
LKL. Žalgiris against Siauliai. We are traveling with a plus against Siauliai.
Siauliai looks quite cute, at least on paper, but the view on the court was fun against Gargždai. Reddish hasn't moved much yet and hasn't played a lot, but Songaila said it's nothing serious, just muscle spasms. I think he will want to show himself here, after all, he will play against a Euroleague team.
Žalgiris still looks like they are in preparation mode and it's just another friendly match before Euroleague. They won easily against Jonava, but there wasn't any serious competition, and we saw how Lietkabelis easily beat Jonava yesterday. Today I think they will also try to experiment with Masiulis, to try out tactics with new and not completely integrated players (Lo, Sirvydis, Tubelis, Francisco). They all returned late from the European Championship and I think they still need to play together.
On top of that, there won't be the GWB stands so those stands won't quite feel like home. Knowing the attendance in LKL and without the GWB stands, Kaunas should be quite quiet. We'll see.
Overall, with everything considered, the handicap seems a bit too high. We'll see.

    Even though in the match with Nevėžis one could form an opinion that the defense was particularly good, I would not agree and in my opinion, Gargždai can attack much better than Nevėžis, so the total score should not be high, especially considering Rytas' ability to attack with so many good long-range shooters. I would guess that Rytas will score over 100 points and Gargždai will be close to 80 points.

    Although in the game against Nevėžis it may seem that they defended really well, I would not agree and, in my opinion, Gargždai can attack much better than Nevėžis, so the over is not that high, especially considering Rytas' ability to attack with so many good long-range shooters. I would guess that Rytas will score over 100 points and Gargždai will be close to 80 points.

    Even though Žalgiris has a good defense, this season Žalgiris seems to have changed. In the first game against Jonava, 78 points were allowed, and such a line was achieved. Now, against an even better and strong offensive team Siauliai, I think we can expect points. Siauliai has a lot of potential in their offense, and I believe Reddish will shine after a mediocre first game, so I don't know if the game will be interesting, but points should be expected.

    Somehow there is a feeling that Zalgiris simply doesn't have a goal to reach a 20 point handicap, because there is no one to prove it to and no reason to do so. There is a possibility to play against their own watchful eyes, but at least against Siauliai it doesn't seem that it will be easy to shoot loads of baskets. Zalgiris definitely doesn't have much left until the first round of Euroleague, so I hope for some experimentation and most importantly to finish the game without any injuries and not thinking about the handicap. Siauliai impressed in their first game against Gargzdai, so if they continue to beg like that against Zalgiris, they should be able to easily keep the 20 point handicap. Let's try to get into the details.

    I think the total amount is a little too high. The thrown away minutes should be evenly distributed into points. Against Siauliai and small ball, it is possible to lose and should have a small margin, as the Euroleague is approaching and we need to avoid random injuries, where it will be important.
