Real Madrid - Asvel Villeurbanne

Euroleague. Real vs Asvel. We are moving with Seljaas over here.
In both the German league and the Champions League, he was a complete beast and scoring machine. I thought it would be more difficult for him in the Euroleague, but Asvel gives him a lot of freedom. He plays a lot of minutes (around 26 minutes in the Euroleague) and together with DeColo, they will likely be the main players for the team. A tall player who shoots well from 3 points will certainly punish the Real team. In the game against Baskonia, he scored 23 points, making 5 out of 6 3-pointers. Against Valencia, he only scored 9 points but still made 3 out of 8 3-pointers. This tall player shoots a lot. In the French league last weekend, he scored 15 points (3/3 3PT) and played over 30 minutes. His coach trusts him and he takes advantage of that trust. Real is not a great defensive team, so I think there will be opportunities. Overall, I think he could have a breakout season with Asvel, and next year he will get a lot of money from a big team. So, in my opinion, 10 points is a very low bar in any circumstances. Good luck.
