Although Hapoel seems likable and has a lot of talent, the period of inconsistency is a personal concern for me, and the handicap is significant. However, Valencia is unfairly underestimated, as they are a very well-organized team. Hapoel will have time to improve during the pre-season, but there is still a lack of team synergy and stability at the beginning of the season.
