I don't have much confidence in Fearnley here. He makes a lot of double faults and doesn't seem to play confidently, unlike his opponent today who looked really good in yesterday's first match and his recent results are not concerning at all. His opponent didn't have any chances to break and the Serbian won 72% of his service points, which makes him a very dangerous player with such percentages. The indoor conditions here suit Medjedovič's aggressive game more and if he can maintain a similar 1st serve percentage, which was 78% yesterday, he should be able to dominate the points and cover this handicap.
