Two headless teams that put very little effort into defense are not important in receiving the eye of the attack. Jonava's defense is tragic, from 8 games played they have already allowed 97+ points 4 times, and what to think about Neptunas' attack which will be one of the strongest that Jonava has faced so far. As mentioned earlier, Neptunas is a run-and-gun team, they score whenever they have the opportunity. In this season, from 10 played games, they have already scored 95+ points 5 times, so it will not be difficult to repeat this against Jonava's defense. I believe it is very realistic to see a score close to 200 for both teams due to their playing styles.
