Hi.
NBA. 76ers against Magic. We're going with a handicap for Magic.
76ers look surprisingly good after 2 rounds of the season. But it's a deceptive form. Their opponents were certainly not the strongest - they beat Boston and Charlotte, which probably don't need much discussion. Today, 76ers are not only without PG13 but also without Embiid. Youngster Barlow, who performed well in the first match, will also not be able to help tonight. Only Maxey won't be enough here, unless rookie Edgecombe also adds 30+ points.
Magic just started the season poorly. 3 home matches and only 1 win against the Heat. They also have no significant losses and according to all projections, they should be a top 4 team in the East this year. The reason for this is the improving duo of Franz and Banchero, who were joined by guard Bane from Memphis. Also returning from injury is Suggs, which looks very solid on paper for the team. Now they just need to start converting everything into wins. Today's opponent is suitable for that and I believe they won't be pitied. I don't see any advantages for 76ers (well maybe Maxey, but Suggs will be guarding him and it won't be an easy night for him), so it makes sense to start playing the way Magic should.
Good luck.

    Over (Durant 24.5 pts) @-132 6/10
It's difficult to believe that the Lakers will once again leave Durant out of the game as they did in the second half last night, because I think there will be conclusions drawn from both Durant and the coaches on how to better create opportunities for him and possibly play without the ball. It helps that Sengun will most likely play, taking some pressure off Durant. Overall, I don't think his total of 24.5 points is high, as he has been averaging over 25 points per game this season. It's just a matter of time before he consistently reaches this number and goes over. I think Durant will take yesterday's game personally and will have a bounce back, as it would be a shame to have to put another star on the bench once again.
