Cali, here I would say that on the clay surface, Kraus Sinja is of a slightly higher level, even though she was born in a region where clay is a popular surface and vice versa for Smith Tina. They are both of the same age, but Kraus mainly plays on this surface and rarely on hard courts. I believe that Kraus has mastered all the technical elements on clay, capable of breaking almost all opponent's serves. Of course, she has some issues with her own serve, but with Smith, Kraus' game arsenal should be enough.
