Germany takes the cup and meets 4th in the top tournament table Illertissen against Magdeburg, who have been demonstrating tragic football since the beginning of the season and only managed to reach the first place in the second Bundesliga in their last match (and their opponent Munster played without 11 main team players). This presents a great opportunity to try and play against Magdeburg at home, where their defence has been lacking this season and they have struggled. There have also been frequent surprises in the cup, which is why I see this as a favorable situation.
