Hontama Mai - currently not in top form in Japan, has a series of six losses, the last one even after a little played season due to injuries and practically always losing Hunter. Liu Claire - an American who plays at home, will have some support from spectators, relatively inconsistent form. But one of the main aspects here is the H2H (head-to-head) competition that took place last year in the US, where Japan won 1:2, so I don't think that an American in better shape would be able to beat her two times in a row on US territory. In my opinion, the odds should be around 1.3.
