I think the odds for Efes are too high today, it's worth a try for sure. Monaco is not unbeatable. MJ seems to struggle with his decisions and Theis is completely out of rhythm. Mirotic can be considered as Spanoulis' replacement and he doesn't look good. Even though Efes has had a lot of games, they can come together for one match, especially after some rest and with the starters playing for 35 minutes. Osmani, Loydas, Babbas, Cordinier, all look good and are in good shape.
