Although there aren't particularly big numbers of productive players in the Peru team, they consistently gather enough points depending on how much time they get to play. I think one of the three main players in this team will be one of them, so the time should be just over 20 minutes, don't even try a coefficient on the whole thing - it's a curse. Elias is listed as a PG, but he is more of a shooter, although he can definitely support his team members.
