Arsenal - Brentford

Arsenal should have no problems taking all 3 points here, as the league leaders who have only lost once at home this season against City have dominated all clubs and Ghana has plenty of elite level clubs that the Gunners have already defeated in the Emirates. Now they face Brentford, a team that cannot offer much here, only average in the league, their success depending on a strong home game, but only managing to take 3 points in 6 away games.

Brighton at home is a tough nut to crack for all English clubs, and their home stadium team has yet to be defeated this season. They play an entertaining style of football with a strong attacking force, and have the right players for that. This season they have only failed to score 2 or more goals at home once. Villa has caught a fantastic form and is coming to fight for victory. It's hard to imagine any team being able to win here without conceding a goal.

Brighton is a very good team, they haven't lost a match at home against anyone in over half a year. Even though Aston Villa has won 5 in a row, their game is not strong. Almost all of the goals scored are from set pieces and they don't create many opportunities. In the last round against Wolves, they could have been down 2-0 after the first period, but luck was on their side and they managed to score a long-range goal. I don't think that they can continue to be successful playing like this, as luck can only take you so far. Consistency should turn in their favor and the team that plays better should win today.

After the change of coach, Forest started showing some signs of recovery and in order to stay in the league this season, it is necessary to take points against the worst team, which hasn't improved its level in the EPL. Wolves have lost 7 consecutive games, without a single win in the Premier League this season. They have 2 draws and 11 defeats. They have scored only 7 goals, while conceding 28. It's obvious that they are an easy target for everyone and points must be taken here.

Arsenal has started this season well. In 13 games, they have earned 9 wins and scored 25 goals. Currently, they are only two points behind second place. A win today would increase the lead to 5 points. Arsenal plays confidently at home and often scores multiple goals. They have won 7 games in a row at home in all tournaments. Their current form is also good, so they should be able to handle Brentford. Brentford plays with a lot of energy. They often concede goals, but sometimes they can win games by scoring a lot. They also struggle on away games. In their last 6 away games, they suffered 5 losses. Arsenal should be able to score at least one goal today.

We will take Overi here, Chelsea plays very productively in away games this season with 14 scored goals in the PL from 6 played away matches and I think their form should be tested against Leeds, especially with the addition of Palmer back in the lineup who should get his time in this match. Leeds have conceded 3 goals in away matches in the PL, although they have a solid defense at home, their opponents have been relatively favorable so far, they only had to play against stronger teams like Aston Villa and Tottenham and both of them scored 2 goals on their own pitch. Chelsea, without Caicedo due to suspension, may also make it easier for Leeds to play football and I believe they will have their chances here as well. I predict a 1-2/1-3 score here.

After almost scoring two goals, Chelsea's ability to score goals seems to be heavily underestimated according to the given coefficient. Leeds, demonstrating a very weak form, has a series of four losses and has conceded three goals in three of those matches and two goals in one. In this Premier League season, in eight lost matches, Leeds has only once not conceded two goals, and in eleven matches, they have conceded the ball from their own goal line twice or more. Chelsea rightfully stands high in the league and must defeat Leeds with good gameplay.

After a very solid match away against West Ham, Liverpool returns to Anfield and memories of their last match against PSV where they suffered a devastating loss come flooding back. Liverpool is struggling in defense, and their team is highly dependent on their offense, which has not been producing strong results at the beginning of the season. Their opponent, who has proven to be a challenge for many top English teams, has scored numerous goals against them. Liverpool may concede a few goals in this match, but their defense remains vulnerable.

It seems that Liverpool will once again bring Salah back into the starting lineup and they don't promise anything good for them. The Reds have had a poor season and that's it. Sunderland is a team that plays defensively, but today they will have to attack, as there is so much talent in Liverpool that they must score something, especially at Anfield. But their defense is shaky and strong. The attacking line doesn't put enough pressure, so Sunderland will definitely have a chance. Recently, Liverpool lost 4 against PSV, 3 against Nottingham. Man City, Brentford and Crystal Palace also scored 3 goals each. Their defense is completely non-existent, and when the stars in the attack don't shine, it will be difficult.

Many say that Liverpool is showing signs of recovery, and Peru is known for giving those three points, but to me it doesn't seem like Liverpool has returned to their winning team form yet. West Ham lost because they played worse than Liverpool. What I saw on the field did not convince me, there was a lot of back and forth and in the end, they were lucky to score goals, but somehow the rhythm of Liverpool still makes me worry. The drama with the changes, now who will play with whom, all this unnecessary extra commotion. Liverpool also has problems in defense, the current goal differential is a pretty round 0.

We can only hope that Sunderland will endure, their average of conceding 1 goal per game, no new injuries, and after 13 rounds they are still firmly in the top half of the table.

Chelsea are simply the favorites, although sometimes their attacking may seem too slow on away matches, but Chelsea just need to gather points against such teams in order to fight for top 4 and to say nothing about higher goals. Delap is already not the first time in front, and Estevao, even though a young Brazilian with potential, has recently been scoring quite often.
