I think the coefficient is worth going for here. Yes, the Bucks' season has been poor, with Giannis' injury contributing a lot - 4th place with only half of the actual record, which separates them from a much better record. Overall, when Giannis plays, the Bucks look decent, apart from that embarrassing loss to the Wizards, after which I believe they will be more motivated to take on the Pistons, who are currently in 1st place. At home, the Bucks have a record of 6-3 with Giannis, and it's not an easy place for opponents. Although the Pistons have been almost unbeatable this year and are definitely not an easy team to beat, especially after their recent return to reality following their winning streak. I would say it's more of a 50/50 chance, and considering the coefficient, it's worth betting on the Bucks.
