Simply looking at the tournament and the teams themselves, this handicap doesn't seem too high. Team YS, being a better team, could possibly match the strength of team Peru, but often these types of teams will let up and share kills somewhat evenly. The boys' team is simply more aggressive and usually reaches a much higher kill limit than them. I think this limit doesn't seem too high for Ghana.
