Well, I don't know, Lietkabelis doesn't really have a lot of talent on offense, so no matter how weak their defense is, I don't think it will be easy for them to score points. Besiktas can dominate the score alone, but I don't think they will do enough to cover the handicap. The handicap seems quite large to me, and if both teams' accuracy is not above average today, I think the under option looks better here.
