Stuttgart's season is going quite well, especially when playing at home with only 1 loss and 5 wins out of 6 matches. They only lost at home to Bayern, so it's not a tragedy. Hoffenheim barely avoided relegation last season, but this season is completely different. However, looking at their recent away matches, they only managed a draw against Mainz and lost to St. Pauli. In my opinion, Stuttgart should win today.
