Morning seemed more menacing when they had Margiris, Radzevičius, or the same Foster. All players with character and a desire to physically compete. Now perhaps the most notable would be Šargiūnas. Morning, a more physical and fast team, has essentially become just a running team. Žalgiris has become even more versatile with a deeper roster. Kaunas managed to defeat Peru, but it was clear to see that they were a better team. There was a lack of quality and accuracy in Kaunas, and today's game in Vilnius should have been in Rytas' favor, but the final game showed an improvement in Žalgiris' attack as well.
