The main reason for choosing Monaco today is injuries. Barcelona will have to go without Clyburn and Shengelia, and it's not clear if Vesely will play. These strong losses in the front line leave them with no suitable replacements. Monaco is currently one of the better teams and has no serious injuries, so I think they should handle it.
