Africa Cup. 1/8 stage. Nigeria are the clear favorites, but at the same time, they are a team that it is probably the hardest to trust among all the top teams on the continent. In offense, they have a lot of quality, and in this tournament, it finally becomes visible not only on paper, as their attack looks almost better than any other team, but as always, there are many issues with psychology and especially with defense. The team often loses concentration, leading to silly mistakes, miscommunications, and missed goals. So far, in this AFCON, they have managed to win due to a very effective offense, despite their shaky defense, but it is unclear how long that will last. Mozambique, on the other hand, comes into the tournament without much pressure, as the team has already achieved a historic result.
